In these weekly sessions, we explore the meditation topic and the various techniques used by different tradicions, schools and philosophies. Here you will learn different meditation techniques to use in your daily life.
These sessions are ideal for people looking to learn to relax, develop their internal resources to deal with stress and difficulties of daily life, explore the inner being and take care of themselves, at their own pace.
Classes are very flexible and thougout the time we will explore different meditation techniques, preparating techniques to help the mind and body get into meditation more easily.
