Asanas (yoga postures) and pranayma ("breathing exercices") are ways to prepare the body for meditation.

In Zen Route, we teach Hatha Yoga and Meditation (based mindfulness and other types based on other traditions and schools).


Hatha Yoga pares poses and breathing to align and calm the body, mind, and spirit in preparation for meditation.

It is one of the oldest yoga systems of all time. 

The aim is to establish a deep connection within the person, providing the insight of what we already truly are.

Meditation is a practice of contemplating the Self and the present moment.


It is seen as a mental cultivation, just like the gym, it is seen as physical training.


Meditation seeks to focus the mind on a particular point or object of meditation, such as the breath or the body. You become fully conscious, observing the present moment with mindfulness, without any kind of judgment. At the same time you work in various attitudes such as, accepting the present moment, observing reality as it is, without filters and without the conditioned mind.


Science has already come to prove the immense benefits of meditation.
