In this session, we will practice and explore Yin Yoga and Meditation, opening up the opportunity to deeply relax and at the same time explore your inner universe. So it is an excellent occasion to take care of your body, mind and soul.

It is excelent for people who want to deeply relax without pushing the body too much, like other styles of Yoga might do. 

Yin Yoga is a calmer, slower and more peaceful practice compared to other traditional styles of yoga. Giving space to go back inside and tune in to your mind and the physical sensations of your body. Yin Yoga postures helps us to stretch the tissues rarely used, and at the same time teaches us to breathe with discomfort and to observe the experience as it unfolds.

Physically we work the muscles, ligaments, tendons, joints, bones, internal organs, circulatory system, etc.

Energetically, we encourage the flow of energy.

Mentally and emotionally, we bring more balance, deeply exploring our being, really living in the present moment. Sensations of joy and calm are sensations that are regularly present when practicing Yin Yoga.

Meditation is a practice of contemplating the Self and the present moment. It is seen with a mental cultivation, just as the gym is a physical workout. Meditation seeks to focus the mind on a certain point or object of meditation, such as breathing or the body.

Here we intended to be fully conscious, observing the present moment with mindfulness, without any kind of judgment. Various attitudes are worked on, such as, for example, accepting the present moment, observing reality as it is, without filters and without conditioning of the mind. 

Science has already proven that its regular practice brings immense benefits to the body and mind.

The session will be around 1 hora and 15 minutes. 

You will need:

- Computer\laptop with good internet connection and camera

- Zoom (free download)

- Yoga mat or a rug

- A few pillows\cushions for support

You dont need any previous experience in Yoga and Meditation.
