In this introductory Thai Massage workshop, we will learn Thai massage techniques in the frontal position, including stretching, acupressure points and proper use of body weight using thumbs, palms, elbows and feet.

Thai Massage is known as a massage that incorporates practices such as Yoga and Acupressure, managing to work together: the Body and the Mind. It has been used for hundreds of years to increase the flexibility of muscles and joints, increase the vitality of the body and mind and reduce stress.
