Learn how to deal and manage stress according to the Mindfulness Tradition.
In this session, you will obtain theorical and practical knowledge on stress, mindfulness and meditation and how to implement this ancient knowledge in your day to day life. You will start developing your inner resources to manage stress levels and learn how to deal with stress in a beneficial way, for a more peaceful and harmonious life.
During this workshop, we will discuss how to deal with stress, do some reflection exercises and explore various meditation practices to reduce stress and change perspectives.
At the end of the session, you will be given a guided meditation so you can listen and practice anytime you want.
