We will start the day by purifying our respiratory system using some ancient yogic techniques (pranayama), then you will be guided into a mindfulness meditation.

With pranayma, we aim to strengthen the connection between your body and mind. These tecnhiques can promote relaxation and mindfulness. It has been proven to support multiple aspects of physical health, including lung function, blood pressure, and brain function. Pranayama is a great way to prepare the body and mind for meditation.

The instructor will guided you into a very simple and effective meditation pratice. Studies to date suggest that mindfulness affects many aspects of our psychological well-being—improving our moodincreasing positive emotions, and decreasing our anxietyemotional reactivity, and job burnout.

A cup of warm tea will be offered at the end of the meditation.

You will need to bring:

- Comfortable clothing

- Yoga mat \ towel

- Small blanket to cover if cold

- Warm clothing to cover if cold

- A cushion for meditation (not essencial but very helpful)

The exact location will be shared at the time for registration.

If you wish you can give a donation at the end of the session.
