This Online Course aims to promote your overall Health and Well-being. By participating in this course, you will obtain theoretical and practical knowledge in the scope of Mindfulness and Meditation in order to apply them in your daily life, for a healthier, more balanced and higher quality life.
The techniques taught are simple but very effective, drawn from different meditation traditions, to help you:
- Dealing with stress, anxiety, fear and emotional and physical pain.
- Manage your day and tasks better
- Improve your mental functions
- Boost your overall health and well-being
- Bring more balance to your life and relationships.
It is an introduction to mindfulness and meditation, as well as a practical way to deal with problems related to stress, anxiety, depression, fatigue, physical and emotional pain.
A variety of topics will be included in the sessions, such as:
- Pressures of stress, time and family and professional roles
- Physical and emotional pain
- take care of yourself
- Living at a high level of brain function
- Meditation sitting and lying down
- Relaxation techniques
- Meditation in motion
- Conscious life
Here you will learn meditation and relaxation techniques for you to use in your daily life, in your space and at your own pace.
We meet Online for 8 weeks, every Wednesday from 20:00 to 22:00. We start this course on March 9th and it will end on April 27th.
