This session is an introdution to Mindfulness and Meditation, where we will be demystifying the practice of meditation, understand why it is important to train the mind and how can we use it on our day to day life.
The first part of the session consist in sharing with the participants the theory behind Mindfulness and Meditation, in order to have a better understand of the topic.
In the second part we will be praticing meditation. The instructor will guide all participants into a very simple but effective meditation.
You will need to bring:
- Confortable clothing
- A note book to take a few notes and tips
- A small blanket in case it gets cold
- A cushion, if you are sitting on the floor
- A folding chair, if you are sitting on a chair (if you don´t have a folding chair, please let us know so we can arrange this for you)

Location will be shared after your registration.
