What are these Meditations sessions?
We will be exploring various techniques used by different schools, traditions and philosophies. Here you will learn different meditation techniques to use in your daily life as well as techniques to prepare the body and mind for meditation. All meditations are guided by Ruth Frade, the founder of ZenRoute.
You don't need prior meditation experience. However, if you do have it and want to improve it, these sessions are for you as well.
These sessions are ideal for people looking to learn to relax, to deal with the stress and difficulties of daily life, develop their inner resources, explore the true-self and start nurturing themselves.
When are these sessions?
Every Monday from 4pm to 4:45pm (Portugal\UK time)
Where do we meet?
We will meet online using the Zoom platform.

What do I need to bring?
If you want to sit on the floor, you need a yoga mattress or a rug (something to put under you) and a cushion.
If you have difficulty sitting on the floor, no problem, you can sit in a chair or bench, on a sofa, or even at the end of the bed.
It can also bring a small notebook if you want to point out some tips or if necessary for written exercises.
We advise you also to bring a blanket to cover yourself on the coldest days.
