A day of silent meditation practice, including walking and sitting meditation, mindful movement and deep relaxation practices.
The retreat will be held in a zen place in Quinta do Anjo (Palmela), closer to nature. The participantes will be invited to look deep inside themselves with the help of the elements of nature and meditation practices. We also aim to take the opportunity to do a digital detox, so thougout the retreat you will not be using your mobile phone.
We will start at 9am and end at 5pm. A beautiful vegetarian\vegan lunch will be included in the price as well as tea and snacks through the day.
A Meditation Retreat is an opportunity to spend a day in silence with sustained meditation practice, guided by an experienced meditation teacher. It offers time to explore serenity, wisdom and compassion through Meditation and mindfulness in a supportive environment. The main goal is to develop attention, sensitivity and awareness through different meditation practices.
By regular alternating periods of sitting and walking meditation, we ensure that you get plenty of time to stretch your legs and enjoy the beautiful farn house and grounds.
The techniques shared during the retreat will give you the bases to have a more happier, healthy and successful life. These techniques have been used for hundred of years, helping many people dealing with dificult emotions, thoughts and feelings as well as with difficulties of day to day life. After the retreat, you will be able to use these techniques anytime you want as the techiques are simple and yet very powerful.
We cannot emphasise how fabulous this retreat is, and what benefits it will give you. This retreat is aimed to provide you with the opportunity to be more present, connect deeper with yourself, develop self-awareness and inner resources.

You will need to bring:
- Yoga\Gym mat
- A cushion
- Confortable clothing
- Warm clothes (in case it gets cold)
- Small blanket
- A watch
- Warm socks or indoor shoes
- An interest in inner exploration and development
