Learn how to deal and manage stress according to the Mindfulness Tradition.
In this session, you will obtain theorical and practical knowledge on stress, mindfulness and meditation and how to implement this ancient knowledge in your day to day life. You will start developing your inner resources to manage stress levels, learn positive copping stratefies and learn how to deal with stress in a beneficial way, for a more peaceful and harmonious life.
During this workshop, we will discuss how to deal with stress in a practical way, do some reflection exercises and explore various relaxation and meditation practices to reduce stress and look at the adversities of life with different eyes.
At the end of the session, you will be given (by email) a guided meditation so you can listen and practice anytime you want.
