In this session, you will be guided into a deep relaxation: profound emotional, mental and physical relaxation, in a laying down position.
Yoga Nidra means Yoga of Sleep. It is a practice of deep relaxation on several levels: physical, mental and emotional. It is not intended to sleep, because in Yoga Nidra we are conscious in a state deeper than sleep. This deep relaxation is extremely effective in combating stress, anxiety, depression, recovering from traumatic processes and many other psychological problems.
After this practice, you will have a deep sleep and feel refreshed the next morning. The more you do, the more you feel the beautiful benefits of this ancient practice.
