You will be guided into a deep relaxation: profound emotional, mental and physical relaxation.
This practice is done in a laying down position, either on the floor or on the bed.
Yoga Nidra means Yoga of Sleep. It is a practice of deep relaxation on several levels: physical, mental and emotional. It is not intended to sleep, because in Yoga Nidra we are conscious in a state deeper than sleep. This deep relaxation is extremely effective in combating stress, anxiety, depression, recovering from traumatic processes and many other psychological problems.
This practice is very effective, if you go straight to bed, you will have a deep sleep and feel refreshed the next morning.
