You will be guided into a deep relaxation for 45 minutes for 5 days. Starting on the 19th of April (Monday) and ending on the 23th of April (Friday). The sessions will be from 21:15 to 22:00, so then you can go straight to bed and have a peaceful night.
This practice is done in a laying down position, either on the floor or on the bed.
Yoga Nidra means Yoga of Sleep. It is a practice of deep relaxation on several levels: physical, mental and emotional. It is not intended to sleep, because in Yoga Nidra we are conscious in a state deeper than sleep. This deep relaxation is extremely effective in combating stress, anxiety, depression, recovering from traumatic processes and many other psychological problems.
