In these weekly Meditation sessions, we explore the meditation subject and the various techniques used by different schools and traditions.
Here you will learn different meditation techniques to use in your daily life and explore your inner being at your own pace.
Sessions have two formats. Sometimes we debate a more specific topic within the subject of Meditation and in the second part of the session we practice meditation together. Other times, we explore several meditation techniques in one session.
We meet every Tuesday from 19:00 to 20:00, online (through Zoom). All meditations are guided in Portuguese.
If you intend to sit on the floor, you need a yoga mat \ gym or a rug (something to place under your body) and a cushion\zafu (or several for support).
If you have difficulties in sitting on the floor, there is no problem, you can sit on a chair or bench, on a sofa or even at the edge of the bed.
Also bring a small notepad if you want to point out some tips or if it is necessary for written exercises.
We also advise you to bring a blanket to cover yourself on the coldest days.
These sessions do not have a fixed price, participants simply make a donation (per session or monthly).
Our intention is to be of service, to share our knowledge, to guide, to listen actively and to offer support.
We strongly believe that to access the universal knowledge and learn how to heal should be accessible to all, no matter the circumstances, and therefore we work on a donation basis, not because we can afford to work for little return, but because our intention is to emanate energies of trust and honesty. We hope this moves something in people so as to apply this in areas of their lives and hopefully ripple those vibrations out to others around them. We work and believe for a world with less greed and consumerism so we ask you to value our time and energy, be honest and donate what you can afford.
