We invite you to join us immersed in nature to reconnect and balance the elements within.

Everything within the universe is made up of the elements as are we. To balance the elements is to bring harmony to our lives… mind, body and soul.

As you retreat you will be held in the bosom of Mother Earth's wonders and all of her magnificence.

From friday the 30th of July to the 1st of August, we share with you many healing activities in a paradise close to our hearts. This is where we have personally received incredibly deep nurturing experiences.

• Whilst working to balance the elements you will be guided through Yoga, Pranayama, Breathwork, Dance, Sitting and Walking Meditation.
• We will work with Mother Earth’s Medicine of Cacao connecting our hearts to the heart of the planet that sustains us so beautifully.
• We will explore conscious movement and crafts to allow our creative energy to flow, to generate more life force and recharge ourselves.
• Exploring the elements in nature, learning how to harness and enhance their power, we remember the innate power that lies within each of us.
• The opportunity to take part in ceremonies, honouring ourselves, each other and all of life.
• With all these immersions, we intend to release any blockages you may be carrying that prevent your vital life force from circulating.
• There will be moments of silence, moments of sharing and time to be by yourself.

Our intentions are to expand consciousness and create new ways to restore balance on a daily basis. To live a life more heart centred, with practices of self love we begin emanating more joy. This weekend retreat will be a nurturing and nutritious time of self-love, reconnection, rebirth and revitalisation. As we work with various techniques you will learn so much you can take away to apply at home.

The retreat centre called Quinta Alada (winged farm) is in Cortiçadas de Lavre, 1 hour from Lisbon. The closest village is 3km away. The only sounds you can hear are the songs of the birds, the croak of the frogs and the sound of your own heart beat.

You will also be blessed with the healing energy of a magical white horse, called Ariana.
