This is a practice for everyone.

Hatha Yoga is one of the oldest and most traditional styles of Yoga, very complete and accessible to all levels.

In these sessions we aim to develop a deep awareness of the body, focus and stability of mind.

In these classes, we explore:

- Asanas (yoga poses)

- Pranayama (breathing techniques)

- Relaxation

- Meditation

Yoga postures improve the flexibility of muscles and joints and also strengthen them and improve the posture of the body. They provide a massage to the internal organs, improving their functioning, benefiting the coordinated performance of the different systems of the body – digestive, endocrine, cardiovascular, nervous, etc.

The way we breathe influences our mind. With the breathing techniques taught in these classes, the mind becomes calmer, more peaceful and alert, helping us to make better decisions. Concentration improves and we become more efficient and competent in dealing with everyday difficulties.

Through Yoga we can eliminate the stress that we accumulate, and thus experience the profound benefits of Yoga in our daily lives.

Yoga is also known to cure various chronic illnesses such as high/low blood pressure, chronic body pain, diabetes, depression, sleep disorders, etc. in a simple and natural way, and also improves the immune system.

Transformation is gradual and assured, with discipline, determination and regular practice. Satisfaction is for sure!!
